During our visit to Asso di Spade, we tried their panzerotti, and we were absolutely blown away! We got the mortadella and speck varieties, and both were incredible. We highly recommend them!
We were pleasantly surprised by their substantial size, as one panzerotto was more than enough for a satisfying meal.
We spent 16 euros for 4 panzerotti.
The food was very good and HOT! This little joint was exactly what we needed for a late afternoon hold- over before dinner.
There’s a great selection of food, but not enough meat/ cheese/ veggies inside the pastry for my liking.
Go and support this family owned panzerotti place! I had a great chat with the owner and she told me how they make their panzerotti and come up with their flavors. She recommended one to me and it was great! The location is just outside the old town and in a strange spot, but do yourself a favor, skip the flashier spots and spend your calories here.
INSANE. Probably the best thing you can eat in Ostuni and the epitome of Italian street food. So good. The classic tomato and mozzarella is the best one for me but they keep an eye for daily specials.
Food was great, although we had to wait almost 25 minutes for the food after ordering.
The menu is inside so by the time you get to the point where they take your order you don’t get enough time to look at the menu. Would recommend viewing the menu online first.
The panzerotti were both excellent, extremely tasty. However if we would have know how long we would have had to wait outside to get them we would have gone elsewhere. Plenty of other people were in the same situation. Maybe Sunday night is a busy period.
So much potential but they need to introduce at least 5-10 vegan panzerotti with plant-based cheese.
I don’t usually go for fried foods, but this place has changed my mind! I got the carbonara calzone and it was light, not at all greasy, ooey gooey deliciousness! The cheese, the egg yolk, the light crust! Had this at 3 PM and will definitely not need dinner, so filling! 10 minute wait for two orders and only 9.00€ total-such a deal! Lots of flavor, satisfying, and fast-perfect if you’re starving and in a rush! Two thumbs up!
What a great spot! A must in Ostuni! I came here three times in five days it was so good! They make the panzerotti fresh per order and there are so many to try! I loved the one with tomato and nduja and the dessert panzerotti with Nutella!
